المستخلص

The aim of this research is to reveal the effectiveness of an adaptive learning environment for developing the cognitive and skill aspects of website production skills for computer teachers in the primary stage, and to determine the list of standards and design specifications for the adaptive learning environment. where the descriptive analytical approach was used in the study and analysis, and the quasi-experimental approach to measure the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable, and the research tools. The research, where the current study was limited to a sample of computer teachers in the primary stage, and they were randomly divided into two experimental groups, and the per and post measurement was applied to the two groups. The theoretical foundations of the research were also presented in four main axes, namely: The first axis: the adaptive educational environment, the second axis: learning methods for the adaptive learning environment, the third axis: websites, the fourth axis: the educational design of the adaptive educational environment, and the study procedures were applied in light of Abdul Latif Al-Jazzar model (2014) for the design of adaptive learning environments. The current study relied on the experimental design with two experimental groups. The researcher also applied the appropriate statistical treatment methods using the SPSS statistical software package; To find out the significance of the differences and measure the size of the impact of the environment, the study reached a set of results and discussed those results and their interpretations, and the advantages offered by that adaptive environment based on learning methods and for the development of the cognitive and skill aspects of website production skills necessary for computer teachers in the primary stage.
