ثانياً- ملخص الدراسة باللغة الإنجليزية.

First - Problem of the study:
Modern technological developments in the mid-nineties of the last century brought about a qualitative leap and a real revolution in the world of communication. The process of social communication, due to modern technology, became one of the main means of communication that changed the course of relationships and communications. The impact of social networks has emerged through the volume of those involved. It has hundreds of millions of subscribers around the world.
Rumors of all kinds, electronic ones in particular, are considered one of the most dangerous and widespread social problems in many human societies, especially in the modern era, and modern technology has become one of the tools that are used negatively in spreading rumors, with evidence that the rates of spread of rumors are directly proportional to technological progress. in the means of communication.
There are many negative effects of electronic rumors, ranging from distorting the image to spreading the spirit of division, and weakening the morale to the various influences on local, regional or global public opinion in the political, economic, social and military fields. The risks arising from electronic rumors are varied and have a negative impact on community security. Because of the intertwining of social conditions in the modern era, the danger of rumors to stability in any society can undermine the security and safety of society just by launching a rumor.
When individuals receive many electronic rumors, this has a negative psychological impact that disturbs the mood and distracts thinking and preoccupation with legitimate business, and electronic rumors have a negative impact on the economic aspect as it is one of the most important aspects of life and may take multiple forms that vary according to the nature of the economic field that it will affect, leading to the expansion of the circle Those affected by it, as well as electronic rumors have a negative political impact, for example in the field of elections aimed at distorting the political reputation of opponents.
The researcher believes that electronic rumors negatively affect most people, but in particular it affects young ages, including technical secondary school students, and Egypt knew technical education early this century in the form of agricultural or industrial offices or night schools, and technical education is one of the pillars Human resource development, where technical education plays an important role in preparing human capital alongside general and university secondary education and before them the basic education stage at different levels of the labor market, whether commercial, industrial or agricultural, as it contributes effectively to development and raising the standard of living.
Technical secondary students enjoy the interest of all societies as they are the most important production elements available in both developing and developed societies. Technical secondary students in particular are considered the levers of development in any country and they are the basic guarantees for its continuity and without effective participation on their part and their integration into society it is unimaginable that development will occur Real and sustainable.
Therefore, school social work is concerned with preparing appropriate activities and programs for students of this stage, through which abilities grow, satisfy needs, and invest skills in order to help students of this dangerous stage to pass them safely. Customers, especially students in the school field, use this approach to confront their life problems and connect them with the available resources of their environment that they need.
The problem of the study can be formulated in the following title ”A proposed role for general practice in social work to develop secondary school students’ awareness of the dangers of electronic rumors”.
Second - Importance of the study:
1- The importance of the subject of this study stems from the importance of secondary school students who are considered the hope of the nation and the capital of any society.
2- The number of students in the age group (15-18 years) represents four million people, at a rate of 3.9% of the total population in Egypt.
3- Increasing the number of students following social networking sites and relying heavily on them to obtain the necessary information to know the news and form their trends and opinions.
4- The strong link between electronic rumors and their negative effects on societal security among members of society in general, and students in particular.
5- The importance of studying electronic rumors in that they are included in all information related to the political, social, cultural and military aspects at the local and global levels.
6- Activating the role of social service in facing the negative effects of modern communication technology as an incubator for spreading rumors that negatively affect society.
7- Helping social service specialists to conduct similar studies to mitigate the negative effects of electronic rumors and move towards the proper use of the Internet.
Third– Objectives of the study:
The objectives of the study are determined as follows:
First main goal:
Identify the dangers of electronic rumors.
A set of sub-objectives emerge form this main objective:
1- Identify are the psychological risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students.
2- Identify are the cultural risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students.
3- Identify are the social risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students.
4- Identify are the ethical risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students.
5- Identify are the economic risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students.
Second main objective:
Identify the correlations between the dimensions of the scale and the demographic characteristics.
Third main objective:
Access to a proposed role for the general practitioner in developing the awareness of technical secondary school students about the dangers of electronic rumors.
Fourth –Questions of the Study:
The study questions were set as follows:
First main question:
What are the dangers of electronic rumors?
A number of sub-questions emerge from this main question:
1- What are the psychological risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students?
2- What are the cultural risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students?
3- What are the social risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students?
4- What are the ethical risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students?
5-What are the economic risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students?

What are the correlations between the dimensions of the scale and demographic characteristics?

1-Are there statistically significant differences between the psychological risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students according to demographic variables (gender - age - technical education patterns - father’s education level - mother’s education level - family monthly income - quality of the electronic device used by the student - quality of The electronic device used by the student)?

Sixth–Methodological procedures of the study:
1- Type of study: Based on the problem of the study and in line with its objectives, the current study belongs to the descriptive studies, as it is one of the most appropriate studies appropriate to the subject of the study. Technical risks of electronic rumors.
2- The method used: the study relied on the scientific method using the social survey method with the sample for the technical secondary school students in the city of Assiut,and a sample of expers and specialists from social workers in the field of technical education and members of the teaching staff in school field.
3- Study tools:
A- Data collection tools:
• Questionnaire form about the dangers of electronic rumors.
• Interview guide for experts and specialists from social workers and members of the teaching staff in the school field.
b- Data analysis tools:
• Frequencies and percentages.
• Arithmetic mean and standard deviation.
• Calculation of weights, relative and weighted averages, and relative degrees of the dimension.
• Cronbach’s alpha coefficient.
4- Fields of study:
A- Spatial field: The study will be applied to technical education schools in Assiut, which are as follows: Assiut Commercial Secondary School for Boys, Assiut Mechanical School, Assiut Commercial Secondary School for Girls, Assiut Industrial Secondary School for Girls, Assiut Agricultural Secondary School
B- Human field: it will include a sample of technical secondary students in Assiut, and their number is (373) single.
C- Time field: It is the period of data collection from the field, which is the period from 1/9/2021 to 11/28/2021.
Seventh- Results of the Study:
1- The results of the study proved that there are a number of risks to electronic rumors that affect technical secondary school students, including psychological risks, cultural risks, social risks, moral risks and economic risks.
2- The results of the study proved that the economic risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students came in the first place, then followed in the second place, the cultural risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students, and then in the third place came the psychological risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students, and then followed in the third place The fourth rank is the moral hazards of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students, followed by the fifth and final rank, the social risks of electronic rumors among technical secondary school students.
3- The results of the study proved the most important risks resulting from electronic rumors among technical education students from the point of view of experts and specialists in the field of social work. The victim of rumors “with relative strength (57.1%), and in the second place the phrase weakening morale and self-building for students” came with relative strength (50%), and in the last place came the dissemination of religious intolerance and sectarian differences among students” with relative strength (7.1%).
4- The results of the study proved the most important proposals to overcome electronic rumors and came as follows: not to publish personal photos and personal information via the Internet and communication sites so as not to be a tool for promoting electronic rumors between students and each other “with relative strength (71.4%), and raising parents’ awareness of the risks and effects of the rumor phenomenon. electronically through seminars within the school community” with a relative strength (64.3%).
5- The study came up with a proposed conception for the generalist social work practice to develop secondary school students’ awareness of the dangers of electronic rumors.
