Abstract
Several studies report that the negative psychological effects of the disease are the most difficult. They include feelings of anger, fear caused by the relationship of HPV to cervical cancer, guilt, depression, self-loathing and worries about the future.
The aim of this study was to estimate prevalence of Genital wart and its impact on quality of life among Egyptian patients admitted to Dermatology and Andrology Clinic, Suez Canal University.
This was a cross sectional study which was conducted on patients attending dermatology and andrology clinic, Suez Canal University, The study was conducted between January and June 2020 on 3000 patients and the number of patients with HPV was 100 patients (3.33%).

Among the studied cases there were 72% males and 28% females, as for age there were 25% < 30, 34% between (30,40), 31% between (40,50) and 10% > 50 with mean age 36.71. As for employment and education 74% employed and 26% unemployed, 17% illiterate, 13% with basic education, 50% with secondary education, 20% with college. According to smoking status there were 33% who never smoke, 33% who were currently smokers and 34% who were former smokers, with mean number of cigarettes/day 9.79 and years of smoking 7.43.
Among the studied cases there were 9% singles, 57% married and 34% divorced, as for Number of partner there were 97.8% with one partner and 2.2% with 2 partners.
