المستخلص

Perhaps the most prominent feature of this information revolution in the field of transactions is its superior ability to create growing opportunities for human transactions from a distance, which in reality has created a range of transactions that take place through computers and take place through the Internet, that giant network that started the process of working as a means of communication and exchange For information, then today it has become the gateway to knowledge and a wide-open communication space that removes geographical borders and makes the world more like a miniature electronic village. That either of them reaches the other directly and without intermediary interference between them, by roaming the customer between thousands of websites and electronic stores on the network and viewing millions of products on the network; Accordingly, the law had to keep pace with the development in the legal relations that occurred recently, so that there would not be a legislative vacuum. It opens huge horizons for contractual practices, but at the same time it carries with it risks that may threaten the values and rights of individuals, perhaps the most important of which appears in preparing legal proof of the existence and content of the contract concluded over the network. Challenges facing electronic transactions through this network, so we will try, through this study, to research the corroborative power of electronic signatures and electronic documents generated by these transactions.
