Abstract Androgenetic alopecia is one of the most common causes of hair diseases which may affect the social and psychological status of the patient.There are many strategies for treatment of androgenetic alopecia as topical minoxidil or microneedling with platelet rich plasma,minoxidil or 5 alpha reductase inhibitors as finasteride and dutasteride or and finally hair transplantation and camouflage. The aim of this study was to compare between the efficacy, tolerability and safety of intradermal injection of dutasteride,minoxidil and platelet rich plasma in the scalp for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. |
