المستخلص

The current aims to improve the quality of life of Among a sample of university youth through a positiveness program based . The sample of the present study consisted of Faculty of Education and Arts (200) female and male Youth , (Post Graduate : Diploma , master ,P.h.D). Their age ranged between (23-40) years . were selected from Youth who are need dealing and communication effectively with others ,or other people in studies , Job and life . This study is determined by the sample used in this study by young people at the university level of females and males in the various specializations (20) for males ,females (20) for males, females .The tools of the study consisted of Personal information form . ( Prepared by the researcher ). Positiveness Scale. ( Prepared by the researcher ) . Quality of Life Scale . ( Prepared by the researcher ). positiveness Based on Counseling Program
. ( Prepared by the researcher ).

The Results of the Study:
1-There were statistically significant differences(0,01) between the average grades of the experimental group and the control group in the pre-post measurement on the quality of life scale towards in the direction of the experimental group.
2-There were statistically significant differences (0,01) between the average grades of the experimental group scores in the pre-post measurements on the quality of life scale in the towards post direction of the dimension measurement.
3-There were no statistically significant differences (0,01) between the average grades of the experimental group members in the post measurement on the quality of life scale after finishing the follow - up period.
These results proved the effectiveness of the positiveness therapy program to improve the quality of life of Among a sample of university youth.
