المستخلص

The research aims at identifying investment in human capital and its relationship to achieving competitive advantage in licensed fitness centers in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The researchers used the descriptive approach/ method in the survey style، on a sample consisting of (412) individuals representing (22) fitness centers in Egypt، A sample of (executive managers - supervisors - administrators - trainers - customer service employees) in these licensed fitness centers in the Arab Republic of Egypt، and the researchers used the questionnaire as a data collection tool، and the most important results were that the number of qualified trainers، professionally and technically to work in fitness centers is so few and they need so much training and rehabilitation ، also، the absence of a clear mechanism for evaluating employees technically and also in a behavioral way so as to improve their performance and productivity at work ، Financial (Material) and moral incentives have a positive influencet on improving level performance of employees towards performing the required tasks from them with high efficiency ، Followed training programs work on developing and improving the employees’ skills and their capabilities. Their affiliation، loyalty، and staying in these sports fitness centers ، The lack of interest in fitness centers in implementing training programs to qualify novice graduates and volunteers for the labor market ، The lack of interest in the existence of a responsible administrative or aperson who is in charge of quality in fitness centers for the services provided to the clients ، As a conclusion، it’s recommended by a study to increase the number of training courses provided to workers in fitness centers to raise their professional efficiency، also the need to establish a quality management as one of the effective tools in improving administrative performance and developing the employees’ performance ، The obligation (necessity) to increase training programs for novice graduates to discover the best elements of them to employ and benefit from them in the future.
