Abstract
Primary teeth represent a very important role in the child’s growth and development. They are responsible for eating and grinding of food, so if teeth are carious this will affect the children’s nutrition and the children may show underweight where they try to avoid eating to avoid pain initiation, and this will be reflected on the children’s general health. Another benefit comes from proper chewing activity is the development of jaw muscles which helps in the normal growth and development pathway of -jaw and face- muscles and bones
