Abstract

ABSTRACT
Studies On Bottled Drinking Water
and Water Used in Food Processing
In this study, a survey was carried out on some municipal drinking water samples collected from the exits of some drinking water treatment plants was conducted for different areas in Qalyubia Governorate, Egypt. Futher more, some local bottled drinking water in the Egyptian market, such as (Dasani, Aquafina, Baraka, Safi, Nestle and Haya)and some processing water samples from various food companies operating in Egypt such as( Pepsi, Egypt Foods, Al Kawther Mill, Mina Pasta Factory, Harvest Company and Hero Company). Physiochemical, microbiological and sensory parameters were analysed. The results indicated that the average values of physicochemical, heavy metals, microbiological and sensory parameters in all municipal drinking
