In this research, the researcher investigates the mediating role of the quality of the relationship in the association between the role of public relations means in the electronic connection of the client, by applying to the clients of private hospitals in Jordan.The proposed framework in this research was developed as a guide to examine the relationship between the research variables. A survey questionnaire was designed to measure the variables (namely, relationship quality, electronic connectivity, and public relations means””, and distributed to a sample represented the clients of private hospitals in Jordan. A stratified random sampling was used to collect th data. Out of 250 responses, 184 response were used for analysis. To analyze the primary data of the study, SPSS statistical program and tructural Equation Modeling ””SEM”” (WarpPLS). 7) were applied . The results concluded that there is a positive significant correlation between the means of public relations and the quality of the relationship as a whole and its dimensions. In addition, significant correlation between the quality of the relationship and the electronic connection of the customer as a whole and their dimensions. A significant correlation between the means of public relations and the electronic connection of the customer as a whole and their dimensions. The results of the study concluded that there is a direct significant effect of the dimensions of the means of public relations on the dimensions of relationship quality among the clients of the Jordanian private hospitals in the application, and the presence of a direct effect of the dimensions of the means of public relations on the dimensions of the electronic connection among the clients of the Jordanian private hospitals. Also a direct effect of the dimensions of the quality of the relationship On the dimensions of electronic linkage for clients of Jordanian private hospitals. The results of the study also concluded that there is a significant effect of each of the means of public relations and the electronic connection to the client by mediating the quality of the relationship in private hospitals in Jordan. Finally, the results of the study concluded that there were no significant differences in the perceptions of male and female clients of Jordanian private hospitals regarding the variables of the study according to income , except for the means of public relations and the electronic link of the client. Moreover, the study also found that there are significant differences in the perceptions of Jordanian private hospital clients, from those residing in the Badia and those residing in urban areas, in the variables of the study, in favor of the urban residents.
