Abstract Both the QLB and ESPB have the same efficacy in management of the post-operative pain in patients following PNL operations. There is no significant difference in the total opioid consumption between the QLB and the ESPB during the first 48 hours after surgery. There is not a remarkable difference in first analgesic, time of ambulation, onset of bowel movement, patient satisfaction with anesthesia and the duration of the operation between the 2 groups. |
