Abstract under observation was significantly increased by advancement of study years. There was no significant association between the study years and blood transfusion, uterine rupture and maternal mortality. Complications-free were significantly increased by advancement of study years. While tubal ligation, ICU admission, hysterectomy, and visceral injury were significantly decreased by advancement of study years. Conclusion: from our work the following important points could be concluded the data was not recorded in patient records center compared to that recorded in hospital archive, the most common complications were tubal ligation in women who are at risk of repeated CS, ICU admissions, hysterectomies, and visceral injuries and most common indication was previous CS. |
