المستخلص The problem of the study was determined in an attempt to answer the following question: How can community partnership mechanisms do in basic education schools in Egypt in light of the experiences of some developed countries? The study aimed at: presenting a theoretical framework for community partnership in basic education schools in literature, learning about the experiences of Egypt and developed countries: the United States of America, Australia and England in the field of community partnership with compulsory education schools, identifying similarities and differences in the light of cultural forces and factors, and developing a Suggested Conception to activate community partnership mechanisms in basic education schools in Egypt. The study used the comparative approach to achieve its objectives, and included six steps: the subject of the study and includes the problem of study and its purpose, the ideological framework surrounding the problem, the interpretation of phenomena, the comparison of the experiences of the community partnership with schools of education, the generalization to come up with similarities and differences and their interpretation of the general rules governing the phenomenon subject of the study, and the prediction of a proposed vision to activate the mechanisms of community partnership in the schools of basic education in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the light of the use of the experiences of the comparative countries. The study resulted in a lack of procedural community partnership objectives at Egyptian basic education schools, limited and limited educational legislation and weak mechanisms; In developed countries such as the United States of America, Australia and England, the community partnership objectives of compulsory education schools are procedural, and educational legislation such as: education laws regulating community partnership, and effective community partnership mechanisms are: planning, organization, activities, information and evaluation. Finally, the study presented Suggested Conception to Activate community partnership mechanisms in the light of the use of the experiences of developed countries in a manner appropriate to Egypt’s cultural and societal nature to address the current status of community partnership and to activate its mechanisms in basic education schools in Egypt. |
