المستخلص The research aims to develop educational communication skills via the web for preparatory school students in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan using social networks. This research was limited to a sample of (37) students of Al-Ba’ij Secondary School for Boys in the academic year 2019/2020 in the first semester. The semi-empirical design of two groups was relied upon, with the pre and post application of the research tools. 1st group: teaching done by social networks. 2nd group: teaching done by the conventional methods. Research tools were: achievement test to measure cognitive aspects related to educational communication skills via the web and note card to measure performance aspects related to educational communication skills via the web. The research resulted in there are statistical differences between the average of the students’ degrees in the 2 groups in the pre and post application of both the achievement test and the note card in favor of the post application, which means that the effectiveness of social networks has an effective impact on the development of the performance and cognitive aspects of educational communication skills via the web among students. |
