Abstract

This study was directed to assess the impact of two thicknesses (1mm and 1.5mm) , cleaning methodology , inundation in shading arrangements and thermocycling (5°-55°) on the clarity boundary (TP), shading change (∆E) and Total transmission rate (Tt%) of three CAD CAM fired materials IPS e.max lithium disilicate, Vita Enamic cross breed ceramic and high clear Zerconia.
As indicated by the example size estimation, a sum of 90 rectangular shape tests were built with a similar shade (A2) and clarity (HT) the examples were isolated into three equivalent gatherings (30 for each) as per the Ceramic material:
Bunch One (I): IPS e.max lithium disilicate
Bunch Two (II): Vita Enamic Hybrid ceramic.
Bunch Three (III): High clear Zerconia.
Each gathering was isolated into two equivalent sub gatherings (15 for each) as indicated by the thickness:
Sub group A: 1 mm thickness.
Sub group B: 1.5 mm thickness.
At long last every subgroup was partitioned into three classes (5 for each) as indicated by surface treatment:
Class (I): control bunch (as gotten).
Class (II): cleaned bunch.
Class (III): Glazed gathering.
The examples were processed utilizing Isomet microsaw 4000 (Buehler, USA), which is an inear accuracy saw machine that slices through the ceramic material CAD-CAM blocks. For every ceramic material analyzed, getting done and cleaning were finished by maker proposals after ultrasonic cleaning.
