Abstract

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding phytase enzyme from a bacterial or fungal source on productive performance, egg quality and some blood measurements. 360 hens of 42 weeks of age, egg production of 81%, were housed in 16 hours of illumination and 8 hours of illumination in the summer. The first control treatment was fed on the diet without any additives, and the percentage of available phosphorous was 4.6 g / kg While the other three treatments were fed a low control diet at a rate of 1.4 g/kg with the addition of 5000 phytase units/kg with the addition of phytase enzymes from different sources where the second treatment was fed on the control diet Added to it the phytase enzyme from a bacterial source (E.coli).and The third treatment was fed on the control diet added to it the phytase enzyme from a fungal source (Aspergillus niger) And the fourth treatment was fed on the control diet added to it the phytase enzyme from a fungal source (Trichodermareesei). Egg quality was measured and productivity of laying hens and some blood measurements.
