Abstract

The nanocrystalline multiferroic samples Bi1-xPbxFeO₃ (0.0{u2264} x {u2264} 0.08) (BPFO) and Bi0.92Pb0.04 RE0.04FeO₃(RE=La, Sm, Dy and Yb) were prepared in single phase using flash autocombustion method. First, we prepare Bi1-xPbxFeO₃; (0.0{u2264} x {u2264} 0.08) to choose the critical concentration of Bi/Pb ferrite. Secondly, we Prepare BPFO doped by different rare earth elements.The structure characterization was studied by X- ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, IR and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The magnetic characterization was studied by magnetic susceptibility and Hysteresis loop. Finally the electric characterization was studied by Ac electrical measurements at different frequencies and at different temperatures
