Abstract

The study aimed to highlight the significant role of organizational DNA in improving industrial performance at the industrial cluster of ministry of interior at Badr city. To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used Industrial performance analytical approach and used the Random stratified sample to collect data from all employee inside the industrial cluster whose number is (1065) employees while the sample of study is about (283) responses were retrieved, the recovery rate was 100%. The SPSS program was used to process the data and to test hypotheses.The most important findings of the study : The study concluded that there is a presence of statically significant between the organizational DNA (decision rights, information, motivator and structure) on the industrial performance (product variety, deliver reliability and time to market). The study also concluded that there is a large degree of approval by the respondents of the study sample on organizational DNA practices and in its four dimensions among the employees at the industrial cluster at ministry of interior at Badr city.The study also concluded that the organizational DNA is key code to diagnose the health of the organization. The study shows the relationship Industrial performance between the organizational DNA (Independent Variable), the organizational health as (mediator), and the industrial performance (Dependent Variable).The study shows that the organization structure is most affect variable on the industrial performance. The study also concluded that there are statistically significant interactions between organizational DNA, organizational health, and that affect the industrial performance in the light of these results, -The study recommends is necessary for the industrial cluster at ministry of interior to follow up on all developments that occur in the surrounding environment in order to maintain its organizational health
