Abstract Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is a malignant disease of lymphoid blood cells line, in which early lymphoid precursors proliferate and replace normal bone marrow elements. It occurs most commonly in children, particularly those between two and five years old. According to the National Cancer Intelligence Network, generally for the people with ALL: around 70% of them will survive their leukemia for 5 years or more after their diagnosis with ALL. |
