المستخلص

The main objective of this study is the relationship between charismatic leadership and job performance by applying it to employees of Dakahlia Security Directorate. The study methodology The data obtained through the survey list that was conducted on a sample of employees of employees at the Directorate of Dakahlia Security and the sample size were 341 individuals, and the following statistical methods were used : test, Kruskal and Wallis, Spearman correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis Results : This study concluded that there is a significant correlation between each dimension of charismatic leadership and the dimensions of job performance and there is a moral effect of charismatic leadership on job performance, and that there is a moral effect of charismatic leadership on task performance, and that there is a moral effect of charismatic leadership on contextual performance, and there are no Significant differences between the opinions of the study sample items regarding the dimensions of charismatic leadership and job performance according to demographic variables.
