Eighteen cases (60%) had lacking epidermal rete ridges while, 12 (40%) had partial restoration epidermal rete ridges. Twenty nine (96.7%) of cases had increased cellularity while, 1 (3.3%) had decreased cellularity. Fifteen cases (50%) had increased vascularity, 10 (33.3%) had decreased vascularity and 5 (16.7%) had normal vascularity. All cases lacking of hair follicle and sebaceous gland. All cases had fibroblast, abnormal collagen fiber density and orientation. Twenty three (67.7%) of collagen fiber size were mixed, 5 (16.7%) were large and 2 (6.7%) were small. Fifteen (50.0%) of cases had thick collagen bundle, 12 (40%) were mixed, 2 (6.7%) were large and 1 (3.3%) was thin.
