Abstract
The present investigation aimed to study the diversity of endophytic fungi of the medicinal plant leaves, stems and roots of Hibiscus sabdariffa in Aswan university camus. Some selected of isolated endophytic fungi from Hibiscus sabdariffa were screened for their ability of biodegradation of phenolic compounds.Furthermore, bioactive secondary metabolites of the selected endophytic fungi were studied and their antimicrobial activities against human pathogenicbacteria.
