The main objective of this study was to reveal the relationship between Corona-Virus (Covid-19) crisis management and the institutional performance, from the perspective of the balanced scorecard, applied to a sample of 400 employees from Telecom Egypt Company. The results showed a positive correlation between all the dimensions of the study. The results also showed a significant effect of all Corona-Virus (Covid-19) crisis management dimensions on customer satisfaction, as well as a significant effect of all Corona-Virus (Covid-19) crisis management dimensions on internal operations, and there is also a significant effect of all Corona-Virus (Covid-19) crisis management dimensions on Learning, growth and innovation. It was also shown that there was a significant effect of all Corona-Virus (Covid-19) crisis management dimensions on financial performance. Finally, it was found that there were no significant differences between the opinions of the study sample due to the different branches working in it.
