Abstract Dark Matter existence became a confirmed fact by several astrophysical observations. However, its exact composition is still uncertain and there are various types of postulated candidates with specific properties.Dark Matter production at the particle colliders is one of the important search strategies nowadays. The search for Dark Matter at the Large Hadron Collider, is based on the production of a visible particle -X, accompanied by large missing transverse momentum pmiss T from the weakly-interacting particles which escape the detector, and this search is known as mono-X. In this thesis, we search for Dark Matter associated with Higgs boson, and associated with Z’ heavy gauge boson, separately. For the mono-Higgs search, the experimental signature is a pmiss T with a Higgs boson decaying to four leptons in the final state |
