Abstract
This thesis is concerned with the analysis of some drugs namely Bisoprolol, Perindopril and their hydrolytic degradation products in their combined form. It is also concerned with Roflumilast determination along with its degradation products. The aim of the present work was the development of accurate, precise, sensitive, selective, and applicable analytical procedures for the analysis of the aforementioned drugs in their combinations or with their degradation products and the adaptation of those procedures to their quantitative determination in pharmaceutical dosage forms. The proposed methods can be used for routine work and quality control analysis of the cited drugs in bulk powder and in pharmaceutical formulations. Also, they can be incorporated in impurity profiling or stability studies of the cited drugs
