Abstract
The ause of plastic stents in treatment of Post cholecystectomy CBD stricture has been shown to be effective ,now adaya metallic stents had replaced it.purpose and methodology:twenty one patients diagnosed with post cholecystectomy CBD stricture were included in ou study ,10 patients underwent ERCP with metallic stenting{kaffes stent} and 11 patients underwent multiple plastic STENTING(Mps) stenting.Results;resotion was achieved in 90% of patients in metallic group with less recurrence of post cholecystectomy CBD stricture than in MPS ,less incidence of stent migration ,number of ERCP sessions and number of stents
