Abstract

In recent years, with the phenomenal growth of many high and low-cost airlines, competitiveness has increased significantly. Within this competition, achieving flight an on-time departure performance is a momentous factor, On-time departure performance is essential for airlines to satisfy passengers by departing on an adequate Scheduled Time of Departure (STD). The main issue of achieving an on-time flight is being able to complete flight ground services of aircraft within its scheduled time. Here comes the role of Aircraft Ground Handling (AGH), one of the most important reasons for flights{u2018} delay. The ground handling companies are required to provide services under large numbers of daily flight arrival and departureTherefore, determining the resource requirements represent in the demand curve is essential to successful planning in the future especially in ground handling. Through which staff schedules are determined at the airport to cover the workload in order to ensure that the service is provided with the highest possible quality. In this regard, airport ground handling has a global trend to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements which are between airlines and ground handling companies represented in resource allocation with more restrictions according to airline flights
