There is amale factor involves up to 50% of all infertile couples (Geijen et al., 2013). the infertile male presented with abnormal sperm production such as oligospermia in about 11%. Up till now the treatment for male infertility is limited. Studied showed that the stem cells can provide atrue thearapy for these problems (Toyoka et al., 2021). showed that MSC could form male germ cells in vitro, the induced germ cells could participate in spermatogenesis when transplanted reconstituted testicular tubules demonstrating that MSC can produce functional germ cells in vitro. These finding rise the using of stem cells to treat male infertility and testosterone deficiency (Satija et al., 2021). Certainly application of stem cells for therapeutic purpose still premature , however , the results achivied in stem cell researches during the last decade demonstrate rapid progress and the increased in the importance of stem cells in the basic research and long term future of modern medicine (Abeyta et al., 2004). Therefore , the present study was designed to evaluate mesenchymal stem cells to repaire male infertility suffering from oligosprmia |
