Abstract
The thesis consists of four chapters.
Chapter 1: a) General introduction about properties of the studied pesticides, b) Introduction about QuEChERS extraction, and C) Introduction about Experimental design methodology.
Chapter 2: The use of Experimental design for optimization of QuEChERS extraction of fifteen commonly used pesticides in Egyptian fish and their simultaneous determination by GC/MS.
Chapter 3: The use of Experimental design for optimization of QuEChERS extraction of thirty commonly used pesticides in Egyptian soil and drainage water and their simultaneous determination by GC/MS.
Chapter 4: Optimization of QuEChERS extraction of thirty eight commonly used pesticides in Egyptian fruits and vegetables and their simultaneous determination by GC/MS.
