Abstract

ABSTRACT
The current study was undertaken throughout the two successive seasons (2019 and 2020) at Fruit Nursery of Horticulture Department, Faculty of Agriculture at Moshtohor, Benha University, Al-qalubia Governorate, Egypt. Uniform and healthy one-year-old transplants as much as possible of two investigated pear rootstocks were the plant materials used in this study. The main objective of this study was aimed to achieve combined the best rate between bio-fertilizers (Nitrobein, Phosphorein, Potasein and EM) and NPK mineral fertilizers in order to obtain transplants acceptable to growers in the shortest possible time, in addition to nurseries owner profits. NPK mineral fertilizers adapted as 50g kristalon / transplant (Recommended Doses) in four equal doses. The bio-fertilizers (Nitrobein, Phosphorein, Potasein and EM) were added in two equal doses. Such influence was evaluated through the response of some vegetative growth measurements and nutritional status (total chlorophyll and leaf mineral composition) of the treated pear transplants.
Generally, bio-fertilizers soil application (Nitrobein, Phosphorein, Potasein and EM) + 75 % or 50 % NPK mineral fertilizers (Recommended Doses) recorded the best results regarding the some vegetative growth measurements and nutritional status (total chlorophyll and leaf mineral composition)
