Abstract
Studies indicate that many human foods are meat, poultry and milk Eggs and vegetarian foods have the milk of lactating mothers contains the highest percentage of pesticide residues at the end of the food chain, posing a high risk to infants. The target of this study Detection of some chemical contaminants, including OCPs and PCBs in fodder, chicken, eggs, and glaucoma, to find a relationship between the inside of the chicken (found in the feed) and the inside of the chicken and its production (skin, liver and muscle sample) with eggs And this affects the human when fed later and because of the harmful effects and the health of human and outside of the chicken (Glaucoma) The human exposure to the recent exposure to many of the chemical pollutants, some of which poses a direct threat to his life while others find a way of air Water and soil Contaminated to the food chains of plant or animal and from it to the tissues of the human being detrimental to his health and well-being. The results indicated that the all Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) residues for samples chicken muscles and skin less than the permissible limit in start, top and end of production while PCB52 residue for sample chicken liver above than the permissible limit at start and end of production for El Dakahlia and Giza Governorate in muscles and skin when PCB52, PCB180 residues for samples chicken muscles and skin while above than the permissible limit at start production in Giza Governorate, while PCB52, PCB180 residues for samples chicken muscles and skin above than the permissible limit residue for sample chicken skin in at end of production in El Sharkia Governorate
