Abstract According to the WHO, (more than 28,646 people) are infected with EBOV around the world and 11,323 die. The L protein of EBOV of 2212 amino acids (accession number Q05318) was retrieved from UniProt Knowledgebase (UniProtKB) and used in this study. 5.1 Molecular evolutionary and phylogenetic analysis The conserved regions of L protein between the different six species of EBOV genus were specified by their positions, as: The twenty nine predicted conserved regions of L protein between six species of EBOV were specified at (1-78, 80-129, 131-196, 216-258, 260-336, 347-613, 615-691, 693-758, 760-873, 875-943, 945-1059, 1061-1141, 1143-1182, 1184-1382, 1384-1404, 1406-1561, 1563-1593, 1616-1653, 1709-1728, 1758-1773, 1775-1823, 1827-1871, 1873-1887, 1889-1913, 1920-1943, 1952-2027, 2029-2049, 2052-2084 and 2086-2210) with different length (15-267) aa and Average entropy (Hx) (0.0507-0.0627). |
