Abstract The study included 103 measures for TSP, PM10 in industrial zones, 50 measures for NO, NO2, NOX in industrial zones, 47 measures for SO2 in industrial zones, 54 measures for CO in the air of industrial zones, apply GIS software ( ArcGIS.10) on the most of results. Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Neutron activation analysis used to determine some heavy metals concentration in plants leaves. Used HPLC to measured biomarker as flavonoids in leaves of plants, also wild plants were collected from many places and shown its healthy condition. Ground water samples were examined, soil samples tested to show the concentration of some metals. The best bioassay used biomarkers were the metals in plants, then the morphological of plants, then morphological condition of wild plants, and then the content of flavonoids in plants. Drinking water, soil analysis confirms all samples are compatible with the regulation. The obtained results and data are compatible with Egyptian laws and can use as risk environment assessment, and Sadat City Environment still clean, so the City can hold more green technology factories and extensions. |
