المستخلص The cultural openness and rapid knowledge and technological developments have contributed to the increasing weakness of the predictability of all sectors, including the education sector, which confirms the importance of public organizations and educational organizations in particular having the ability to adapt, respond quickly, and deal flexibly with rapid changes and developments, which is an essential element in achieving organizational and competitive success, so the current study aims to know how to achieve organizational agility in Egyptian universities to achieve organizational and competitive success by proposing a list of requirements to achieve organizational agility. The current study used the descriptive methodology, the major problem was how to achieve organizational agility in Egyptian universities. It was limited to a set of dimensions to achieve organizational agility in Egyptian universities; [Proactiveness, flexibility of the organizational structure, speed in business performance, integration between the components of the university, innovation management, internal and external cooperation, encouraging organizational culture, and continuous monitoring of university performance], and a list of proposed requirements has been reached to achieve organizational agility in Egyptian universities. |
