Oversight is an ongoing and renewed administrative function by which
erformance is verified as defined by the objectives and standards established for the purpose of evaluation and correction. It also detects deviations of any location, whether in deviations from the specific procedures for the functioning of the work, and works to address them in the appropriate manner so as to correct them and not show up again once any system begins to operate whether this system is a governmental organization or a private institution (Al-Maghrebi, Hassan,2016). On the other hand, consumer protection has received considerable attention, referring to any man or woman who buys services or products for his own use and not for production or resale as a consumer. A consumer is a person who chooses to buy an item or not to buy it. Consumer Forum is the largest economic group in any country. They are the hubs of all economic activities. The consumer is regularly said to be king, but in fact customers are treated very badly within the market. The consumer is deceived by distinct methods by intermediaries such as cheating, underweight goods, promotion of poor quality goods and refined goods, high cost imposition, misleading advertising in the media, etc. Manufactured and kept in healthy conditions at attractive prices. The most critical step in training beneficiaries is to make them aware of customers’ rights and enable them to self-protect against unscrupulous businessmen. Education is a lifelong way to constantly obtain applicable information, expertise and competencies. Consumer education is an important part of this technology. Modern technological development in the field of communications and information, especially in the past few years, has contributed to the entry of electronic devices into the daily life of individuals and companies alike. This has also affected the way in which business transactions and transactions are conducted. and the manner in which legal obligations arising therefrom have been fulfilled, the emergence of electronic commerce and the accompanying evolution of where the Internet is being carried out has had a significant impact on the legal regime of conventional contracts, as so-called cross-border electronic marketing has emerged and subsequent procedures for accessing electronic contracting of which the consumer is a core party. from the ground up) Kumar,2016). Is there an impact of the consumer’s role in controlling the promotion from a consumer point of view?
