This study aims to:1-Shedding light on a very important legal issue related to civil liability for damages from outer space activities.2-Examine the extent to which there are comparative legal provisions dealing with civil liability for damages caused by outer space activities.3-Encouraging the development of special legislations that are compatible with the nature of outer space activities, clarifying the provisions of civil liability for damages arising therefrom.Fourth:Study Questions:In the absence of comprehensive laws regulating space activities in a precise and detailed manner, many legal questions arise:1-Researching the legal nature of space activities, any of the laws to which they are subject,and the extent of their obligation.2-The consequences of these activities or the so-called damages resulting from them are the most important question raised in the research under study by determining civil liability for damages that may arise as a result of practicing any activity related to outer space, especially since this type of activity is often It takes on an international character and takes place outside the scope of the territory of states and even their airspace.●One of the most important questions raised by the study in question is the extent of the scope of the provisions of civil liability for the damages of space activities, and the extent to which the UAE Civil Transactions Law absorbs this responsibility, and the field of space activities exceeds the regional scope of a single state, which calls for research on the possibility of relying on the rules of international law As a basis for civil liability for damage to space activities.
