Abstract There were non-significant differences of concentrations between mycorrhizal soil amended with CFfd or with CFhd. In contrast, a significant difference in soil Ca+2 recorded by amendment with only CFfd or CFhd. Addition of bio-fertilizers to mycorrhizal soil showed no effect compared to mycorrhizae alone. Meanwhile, the application of BF only resulted in a significant increase in Ca2+ concentration compared to mycorrhizae alone and control soils. High soil Mg2+ concentration was observed in mycorrhizal treatments compared to nonmycorrhizal treatments (Table 28). No significant difference of Mg2+ concentration observed between BF+AMF and HCF+BF+AMF treatments. |
