Abstract Plant-parasitic nematodes are tremendous pathogens, which significantly reduce yield and quality of many crops. Meloidogyne spp. are widely spread and have wide host range. Eggplant is considered one of the most common vegetables crops, which favorable to Meloidogyne spp. chemical control is the most effective in management against nematode, but they pose an imminent threat to human and animals in addition to environmental pollution and with frequency to use nematodes have ability to resist wherefore, the present study was conducted to find alternative solutions to management root-knot nematodes.
