Abstract

The inspiration driving this study was to overview support and fringe accuracy of endocrown held fixed mostly dental substitution differentiated and standard post , focus and zirconia full incorporation ranges. thirty sound removed human very solid mandibular molars and thirty sound eliminated human dependable mandibular premolar (N =60) were endodontically treated. besides, parceled into 3groups of each (n=10). Pack I : endodontically treated mandibular molars and premolar restored with glass fiber posts laid out with tar concrete, composite focuses were created and zirconia full consideration length (control bundle) .group II: endodontically treated mandibular molars and premolars restored with three-unit fixed mostly dentures zirconia with endocrown availability of the distal (molars) projection toothand mesial projection (premolars) restored with glass fiber posts set with tar concrete, composite filling cores.group III: endodontically treated mandibular molars and premolars restored with three-unit fixed partial dentures zirconia with endocrown plan of mesial (premolars) and distal (molars) projections endocrown. All models were presented to a thermocycling methods in robotized thermocycling for 5000 cycles, between 5oC-55oC with a stay time 15 seconds then five of bridges(n=5) of each social occasion were uncovered for support test in a general testing machine(instron) and five of frameworks were revealed for negligible accuracy test by checking electron amplifying focal point (SEM). Data were accumulated, arranged and statically inspected.
Result: The most raised upkeep mean worth was recorded for group I that restored with customary zirconia ranges followed by group II that restored with Crown-Endocrown Bridge while the least support mean worth was recorded for group III that restored with Endocrown ranges. qualification between packs was basic (p<0.05). The most critical unimportant accuracy was recorded for group III followed by group II while the most un-fringe precision was recorded for group I.
End: zirconia Endocrown held fixed mostly dentures can be used as a choice of Conventional expansion disregarding the way that they have low support mean worth yet moreover they have great strategy for frustration and high minor accuracy.
