المستخلص Introduction of the study: The current study aimed to identify the reality of the role of community participation in the school reform of pre-university education in the light of local and global changes. The current pre-university education, then the school reform of pre-university education and its most important fields, then the community participation in school reform. Study Methodology: The study used the descriptive method. Study Limits: The study focused on developing a plan to develop the role of community participation in school reform for pre-university education in light of local and global changes.
