Abstract
The objective of our study is to prove the efficacy of 3D sonohystrography as a method of evaluation of uterine cavity abnormalities in females suffering from irregular vaginal bleeding during their reproductive age. Methods: Patients attending Kasr el Aini outpatient clinic suffering from irregular uterine bleeding will be asked to be enrolled in the study. After explaining the study concept, a written consent will be taken from the patients. Saline infusion sonohystrography and office hysteroscopy will be done for all patients. The study will be blinded the physicians doing the office hysteroscopy will not be informed of the results of 3D saline sonohystrography until the end of the study to avoid bias
