This study was conducted as an in-vitro study for the assessment and comparison of the effect of calcium hydroxide and double antibiotic paste as intracanal medications on the bond strength of resin based sealer(AH Plus) in human extracted single rooted teeth.Thirty-six extracted human single rooted teeth with straight roots and well-developed apical foramen were included in this study. The teeth were decoronated at cementoenamel junction by using a water cooled double sided disc rotating in a low speed hand-piece to obtain a standardized root length of 15 mm. Protaper universal rotary system was used to prepare the roots till size F4 as a master apical file. The roots were divided randomly into three equal groups according to the intracanal medication used: group I: Calcium hydroxide was used as an intracanal medicament. group II: Double antibiotic paste was used as an intracanal medicament. group III: Control group without previous using of intracanal medicaments. The intracanal medication was introduced into the canal using lentulo spiral and left inside the canal for three weeks at 37{u00BA}C and 100 % humidity. After three weeks, the intracanal medications were removed from the canals using the master apical file F4 Protaper rotary file and 5 ml of 2.5% NaOCl irrigation and the final flush was done using 3 ml of 17% EDTA for 1 minute followed by 5 ml of saline solution
