Abstract

Aim: to assess the postoperative agony and bacterial decrease following root
trench treatment in teeth with necrotic mash utilizing calcium hydroxide, calcium
hydroxide blended in with chlorohexidine and nanoparticles calcium hydroxide as
intracanal drug.
Techniques: 80 male or female patients of 25-50years old with asymptomatic
uniradicular necrotic teeth were chosen and haphazardly allocated into four
gatherings as per the intra-trench prescription utilized: no dressing gatherings
(control bunch), calcium hydroxide bunch (CH) with saline, calcium hydroxide
with chlorhexidiene, nano particles calcium hydroxide. After separation, access
