Abstract
Psoriasis is a multisystem inflammatory disease with predominantly skin and joint involvement. Its pathogenesis is multifactorial, involving dysregulated inflammation and genetic associations. Lichen planus (LP) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the squamous cell layer, including the skin and mucosal membranes. Its etiology and pathogenesis of LP are not fully understood, although it is widely agreed that immunological response has the main role.
