The researcher has used in his dissertation and relied on descriptive and analytical approach as well as inductive and comparative approach through collecting data and information from their sources. The researcher has divided the thesis into an introductory chapter and two parts. Introductory Chapter has been divided into two sections. In Section One, we have addressed the concept of the administrative decision and its distinction from the other acts of state. In Section Two, we have handled the elements of the administrative decision and its types. Moreover, we have divided the thesis into two parts. Part One has been divided into two chapters. In Chapter One , we have addressed the legal concept of the void decision which represents the core of the dissertation. In Chapter Two of Part One, we have treated the cases of the void administrative decision. Thereafter, we have moved on to Part two that treats the legal effects and liability resulting from the voidness of the administrative decision. This part has been divided into two chapters. In Chapter One, we have addressed the legal effects and liability resulting from the voidness of the administrative decision. Chapter Two treats the liability for the void decision.
