Abstract
Endoscopic approaches are much more acceptable to patients with less pain, shorter recoveries, and no or minimal external scarring.
Post Endoscopic sinus surgery synechiae may cause patient discomfort and long periods of post-operative treatment and even revision surgery.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the value of polyvinyl alcohol and Mitomycin C in prevention of synchiae after ESS and comparing them to traditional packing.
