Abstract
Landscape evaluation is a part of our daily life, every day we perceive, evaluate, and estimate landscapes in a process that both influences and is influenced by our Behavior, method and attitudes. This two-way process results in the importance of participation of creating their neighboring landscape. Although the awareness of human needs plays an important role in inspiring public participation to the urban development, Researchers state that in Egypt, the level of public participation in the planning process is extremely far from being acceptable
