Abstract from June 2013 to June 2016 a prospective study was conducted to treat scaphoid nonunion advanced collapse of the wrist by bicolumnar fusion 30 patients were in this study, all of them were treated by bicolumnar fusion and followed up for one year, all patient achieved full union, they were evaluated by functional range andMMWS, Q-DASH and VAS scores. Mayo score showed three patients were excellent, five were good, twenty were fair and two were poor (mean Score 73.33), quick disability of arm, shoulder and hand score shows range from 61.4 to zero (mean score 10.76) and pain score on visual analogue scale shows range from 5 to zero (mean score 1.03)with good functional range of movement |
