Abstract Lobar hemorrhage includes primary hemorrhages into the occipital, temporal, frontal, and parietal lobes (including ICH arising from cortex and subcortical white matter) and accounts for 10-32% of non-traumatic ICHs .⁵{u⁰⁰B⁰} Traumatic hematomas tend to be more superficial.
