Abstract

This research contributes to the discussion about the european union institutions and demonstrates thesequence of external decision-making policies mechanism and their responsible competitiveness impact especially toward Egypt as a Euro-med partner country. To secure sustainable responsible competitiveness development; this may call for revising numerous policies on the local, national, regional and international level with focusing on the interaction mechanism between all these policies In the light of the above, the purpose of this study is in two folds. First, this study will assess the relative weight and impact of EU external policy services on sustainable competitiveness development in Egypt as well as to develop policy recommendations for future responsible policies to be compatible with sustainable development objectives. Second; this study aims to advance understanding of enhancing cooperation between Egypt and the European Union in developing the cooperation potentialities under the tenets of the Union for the mediterranean and the mediterranean neighborhood enlargement policy. The research concludes, for countries outside the EU, it is important to understand what responsible competitiveness means in the European context and to recognize its implications for conducting business in the region. Moreover, the researcher proposed action model for the management of the Euro-mediterranean partnership projects for future and current improvement
